The Bachelor of Science in Business Management (MGT) program prepares students to become competent, ethical, and socially responsible managers capable of leading organizations in a rapidly evolving business environment. As businesses face increasing complexity driven by globalization, technological change, and shifting stakeholder expectations, managers must develop a broad understanding of organizational systems while applying sound managerial judgment in addressing real-world challenges.
The program provides a strong foundation in the core functional areas of business, including management, finance, marketing, human resources, operations, and business law. Through this integrated approach, students learn how organizations operate as interconnected systems and how managerial decisions influence performance, strategy, and long-term sustainability.
Grounded in Lasallian values, the MGT program develops leaders who combine analytical thinking, ethical discernment, and effective communication in addressing complex business problems. Students are trained to perform the fundamental management functions of planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling while working collaboratively within diverse teams and multicultural environments.
By integrating business knowledge, critical thinking, technological awareness, and leadership development, the program prepares graduates to pursue careers as managers, entrepreneurs, consultants, and business professionals committed to excellence, integrity, and service to the common good in both local and global contexts.
The program also emphasizes innovation, strategic thinking, and responsible leadership, enabling graduates to design and implement business initiatives that contribute to organizational success and societal development
