MLS Account FAQs
- I do not know how to activate my MLS/Email Account
- You will need your Official Receipt for the current term to activate your MLS account.
- Students who have paid but whose payment records are not updated after ten (10) working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and Class Suspension), please accomplish this Report to Accounting Office Google Form to notify the Finance & Accounting Office (FAO). Related inquiries must be sent via email to [email protected].
Note: After you have activated your MLS account, your MLS account can be accessed immediately. However, your DLSU email and Animospace can only be accessed after 4 hours.

- I am encountering the error “Official Receipt / Credit Memo not found”
- Use your tuition fee OR or RF for the current term.
- Make sure to type the prefix OR or RF, for example ORB1234567 or RF-A123456.
- I am encountering the error “Invalid Student ID and/or Birthdate”
- For old students, coordinate with the Office of the University Registrar (OUR).
- For new students, coordinate with the Office of Admissions and Scholarships (OAS)
- I am encountering the error “Account expired”
- Go to https://my.dlsu.edu.ph/create_account.asp.

- I am encountering the error “Invalid access / Access denied”
- Students who are not enrolled for the current term are not allowed to access or reactivate their MLS account.
- For Returnees, please coordinate with your College Academic Programming Officer (APO) about your intent to enroll.
- Fill out the ITS Help Desk Report Form (MLS and Email) and upload the scanned copy of your tuition fee OR or RF for the current term.
- I am encountering the error “Username and password do not match” (and have tried typing my username and password correctly).
- Your username is your student ID number.

- Log in to your MLS account, then click the Change Password option in the menu.
- I cannot change my password
- Your My.LaSalle (MLS) password MUST have AT LEAST EIGHT (8) characters. It should NOT contain at least three characters of your username and/or full name. In addition, it should satisfy the following conditions:
contain a capital letter,
contain lowercase and uppercase letters, and
contain a numeric character or a special characterExamples of VALID passwords: cHarm3d!, charm3D#
A friendly reminder: Select a password that will be easy for you to remember but difficult for other people to guess. A good password consists of a combination of letters and other characters, often with unusual spelling and/or capitalization. To keep other people from guessing your password, do not use words such as your favorite color, the names of friends, aliases or pseudonyms, family members, or pets; or numbers such as your birth date or phone numbers. My.LaSalle portal supports CASE SENSITIVITY for password(s), so please make sure that you have typed your password accurately.
- I do not know how to check my clearance status.
- Go to http://my.dlsu.edu.ph and login using your MLS account
- Click Proceed to Main Page
- Click the View Clearance facility
- I do not have a View Clearance facility in my MLS

- I still have an uncleared record
- Review your clearance records:
- Records in red are uncleared records.
- Records in green are cleared records; please disregard.
- Coordinate with the department/s or office/s where you have uncleared record/s (clearance record/s in red).

- I do not have a View Curriculum Audit facility in my MLS

Email Account FAQs
- I don’t know how to access my DLSU email
- To access your email, go to http://mail.dlsu.edu.ph
- To sign in, use your DLSU email address and MLS password.
- I don’t know my DLSU email address
- Your DLSU email address can be found in your MLS account:

- I can log in to my MLS account but not to my DLSU email account
- Change your password in MLS and log in again to your DLSU email account using your new password.
- I can’t log in to my DLSU email account, it asks for a Google verification code
- Check the Google verification code sent to the recovery information email or phone that you have previously set.
- If your recovery email or phone is no longer accessible, fill out the ITS Help Desk Report Form (MLS and Email) to report the problem.
