The Discipline Officer is responsible for ensuring that all students adhere to the University’s policies, rules, and regulations.
Maintains and promotes peace and order in his/her Area of Responsibility (AOR);
Monitors the activities of students and student groups in his/her AOR;
Investigates discipline incidents in his/her AOR and brings to the Student Discipline Formation Office (SDFO) students disregarding discipline policies, rules and regulations for initial investigation;
Processes Investigation Reports and refer the involved student/s to the OCCS for counselling or other services;
Represents the University as Investigating Discipline Officer (IDO), complainant or witness in discipline cases
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Criminology, Behavioral Sciences, Organizational Development, Law, or a related field.
At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
Adequate training or equivalent experience in investigation and investigative reporting, counseling, law, or educational management.
Computer literate and proficient in the use of standard office applications.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
