Data Privacy Specialist

1. 1. Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Legal Management, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or equivalent.
   2. At least 2 years of work experience in privacy, compliance, governance, legal, or risk.
   3. Professional certifications related to privacy, risk, information security, or cybersecurity are a plus (e.g., CIPM, CIPE, CRA, CISSR, CISM, etc.).
   4. Knowledgeable in Data Privacy Law.
   5. Knowledgeable in Privacy Impact Assessments, Risk Management, and Program Management.
   6. Training or certifications related to privacy, risk, information security, or cybersecurity is a plus.
   7. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

1. The Data Privacy Specialist will primarily assist the DPO in ensuring and monitoring the compliance of the University to the Philippines’ data privacy laws and regulations and overseeing that DLSU has an effective Privacy Management Program in place.
