ABOUT US
PAPSI is a merged national organization of Physics and Science Instructors that focuses on the enhancement and promotion of learning specifically in the field of Natural and Physical Sciences in the Philippines. Primarily, it aims to upgrade the quality of science educators, as well as its anchoring disciplines in all levels, through trainings and workshops on various topics such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Earth and Environmental Sciences, and disaster readiness and risk reduction. The organization is also engaged in curriculum planning and enhancement to help improve the courses offered both in college and in K to 12 programs up to date. PAPSI, headed by Dr. Gil Nonato C. Santos together with De La Salle University, has conducted numerous seminars, laboratory trainings, and hands-on workshops with invited experts from different institutions.

PAPSI is geared towards the enhancement and appreciation of science through teaching. We are committed in providing the breadth and depth of understanding Science in various fields (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Earth and Environmental Science) coupled with the latest pedagogical skills and effective teaching methods to improve science learning at all levels.

To be the leading professional organization in promoting science education in the Philippines. We are purposely driven in producing competent and confident science educators who have a deeper appreciation of the teaching profession.
