N to 10 ENROLLMENTS FOR AY 2026-2027

The Office of the Registrar for Basic Education (ORBE) would like to inform the community that starting AY 2026-2027, enrollment for all Integrated School students will be fully online through the Archers Hub, the University’s new Student Information System.

The enrollment schedule for Nursery to Grade 10 students will be from May 4-8, 2026 (Monday –Friday). To enroll, you may access your Archers Hub account at this link and complete the following steps:

1. Go to “Enlistment” and click “Fixed Section”
2. Click “Save & Next” then click the “Final Submit” and “Agree” buttons
3. Click “Enlistment Slip” to view the enrolled courses (or subjects) and the Enrollment Assessment Form (EAF)

For all enrollment-related payments, please do the following:

1. Go to “My Payments” and click “Proceed to Payment”
2. Select “Payment Plan” then select the due payment to be paid
3. Select the payment gateway to be used and complete the instructions provided in the payment page

Any outstanding balances or financial obligations from previous terms must be settled prior to enrollment for the current term. Kindly ensure that all enrollment steps are completed, as failure to do so may result in the cancellation of enlisted courses or subjects.

Other reminders:

1. The Sibling Discount is only applicable to families with three or more siblings concurrently enrolled in DLSU’s Basic Education Program. To apply, go to Services tab and click the Apply for Student Discount All who received this discount in AY 2025-2026, must re-apply in AY 2026-2027.
2. Students with incomplete admission requirements will be placed under Temporary Enrollment status until all required credentials are submitted. Onsite submission of the lacking requirements will be accepted at ORBE’s Hub from April 20 to September 30, 2026. The list of requirements may be viewed at the Archers Hub under Admissions Status.
3. For foreign (old and new) students, there is a Php 10, 000.00 fee for the processing of the Special Study Permit. This fee is on top of the tuition and fees and must be paid during enrollment.
4. For reference, a sample computation of the tuition and fees can be accessed here. Please note that the indicated fees in this sample are for the current academic year. The actual fees may be viewed in the Archers Hub> Enlistment during the enlistment period.
5. Student ID picture-taking for new students is scheduled after Details are as follows:

• White polo shirt/top
• No make-up

6. Textbooks, school supplies, and school uniforms are provided by concessionaires. It will be available during the enrollment week. Details of the concessionaires on campus are as follows:
