Clearance from payment accountabilities is required for pre-enlistment and online enrollment activities. Unsettled balances can likewise hold shifting applications, requests for documents processing and release of diplomas.

How to check Clearance Status

Students can check their MLS account to determine their clearance status. Under the Student Profile on the left side of the page, click the View Clearance.

How to secure Clearance

In order to ensure posting of payment and clearance of holds, students must use official payment channels. 

A printed copy of the Official Receipt (OR) will be provided when work resumes on campus. In the meantime, OR details can be emailed within ten (10) working days from the date of payment coursed through official channels. OR details can be viewed via students’ MLS account. 

For those who are not able to receive their OR details after (10) working days, please accomplish the Proof of Payment Form

How to contact OCFO

The Office of the Chief Finance Officer (OCFO) will receive queries and concerns only through two email addresses. Directing your queries and concerns to the above e-mail addresses, each with its specific areas to handle, will ensure that these are received, acknowledged, and resolved by Finance.

At the very least, if the concern is not immediately resolved, each email will be acknowledged within 24 hours.
