Job Descriptions/Summary

The Program and Resource Development Coordinator leads the planning, development, and management of COSCA’s program support systems, research, knowledge and data management, and social marketing initiatives.

The role ensures the availability of accurate, accessible, and evidence-based resources to support social formation, service-learning, and social engagement programs. It also drives program evaluation, documentation, and visibility efforts to strengthen institutional impact, stakeholder engagement, and accreditation readiness.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Communication, Public Administration, or a related field
  2. At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in research, program development, documentation, or information management
  3. Demonstrated expertise in research, data analysis, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and program impact assessment
  4. Strong skills in knowledge and data management, documentation, and database administration
  5. Experience in communications, content development, digital platforms, and social marketing
  6. Proven ability in project coordination, stakeholder management, and use of Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
