Letter of Request
Letter of Request for Financial Assistance addressed to Admissions and Scholarships Director Thru: Dean, Tañada-Diokno School of Law (no specific format required)
Income Tax Return (ITR)
Copy of the applicant’s latest Income Tax Return (ITR) If married and filing separately, include a photocopy of your spouse’s latest ITR. If single and unemployed, submit a copy of your parents’ latest ITR. If parents are not employed, submit either: A Certificate of Exemption from Filing of Income Tax Return from the BIR, or A Certificate of Unemployment from the Municipal/Barangay Hall.

Narrative Letter of Recommendation
Narrative Letter of Recommendation for financial assistance from the applicant’s current employer or immediate superior If unemployed at the time of application, submit a Letter of Recommendation from a former faculty member from the last school attended, previous employer, or supervisor.

Current scholars who have completed at least two (2) semesters under their scholarship and wish to apply for a scholarship upgrade may coordinate with the Assistant Dean for Administration of the Tañada-Diokno School of Law.
Applicants may be required to attend an interview or submit additional documents as requested by the Assistant Dean for Administration.
