Senior Financial Analyst

1. 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
   2. Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within an FP&A function.
   3. Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling techniques.
   4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
   5. Proficiency in financial modeling using Microsoft Excel (advanced skills are essential).
   6. Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems is highly desirable.
   7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences.
   8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
   9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

1. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, reporting directly to the Head of FP&A. You will play a vital role in providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organization. Your responsibilities will include developing financial models, analyzing performance, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to improve financial outcomes. You will work collaboratively with various departments and contribute to the overall financial health and strategic direction of the company.
