Ms. Mary Grace Mirandilla-Santos

Mary Grace Mirandilla-Santos is an ICT policy researcher who has been working as an independent consultant over the past 16 years, with a focus on telecom and Internet infrastructure, access, quality, and affordability. Currently, Grace works as lead policy researcher for Broadband Infrastructure and Cybersecurity for The Asia Foundation – Philippines and as a digital technology research consultant at the Asian Development Bank. She leads and supports the #BetterInternetPH advocacy, and serves as research fellow of LirneAsia, a regional ICT policy think tank, and vice president for policy of the Internet Society Philippines Chapter.
