Professor John Addy S. Garcia

John Addy S. Garcia is a Professor at the Counseling and Educational Psychology Department, and Dean of the Br. Andrew Gonzales FSC College of Education.  He earned his PhD in Educational Psychology and MA in Education (Guidance) from the University of the Philppines-Diliman. He is also a registered guidance counselor and currently serves as member of the Technical Committee on Guidance and Counseling of the Commission on Higher Education.
