Non-Fraternity Contract (NFC) and Drug Test Consent Form (DTCF) now available online

Still thinking about the list of requirements that you need to accomplish for school admission? SDFO is here to guide you!

Few of the requirements that you need to accomplish are the Non-Fraternity Contract and Drug Test Consent Form. It is a requisite for admission and enrollment to De La Salle University that one is not engaged in any organizations not recognized by the institution (i.e. fraternities, sororities, and those that immerse in violent acts). To comply with this, the University requires all undergraduate and graduate students to submit a Non-Fraternity Contract (NFC) and Drug Test Consent Form (DTCF).

Furthermore, as DLSU supports the government’s advocacy for a drug-free society, it developed the program Lasallians’ Fight Against Drugs (LFAD), which includes random and mandatory drug testing activities for students. As one of the goals of the University is to minimize, if not totally abolish, the problem of illegal drugs, new students are required to accomplish and submit a Drug Test Consent Form (DTCF).

In view thereof, the accomplishment of the Drug Test Consent Form (DTCF) is required to be read, understood, and filled out by you and your parents.
