DLSU-LSEED PROGRAMS

INTENDED LEARNING OUTCOMES

At present, LSEED Center implements a total of 35 initiatives under 8 programs across 9 areas of engagement in partnership with academic and non academic units of DLSU.

Impact of the Center’s programs are measured using the Community Development Indicators in Social Entrepreneurship;

LSEED FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM

A three-phase Fellowship/Formation Program for students/employees which is aimed at developing social enterprises or social innovation projects in partnership with marginalized communities.

CURRICULAR AND CO CURRICULAR
PROGRAM

CCP is a collaborative effort for curricular and co-curricular integration of the concepts of social entrepreneurship and social innovation through service learning, CWTS, SAS 2000, LCC, undergraduate (major and elective) and senior high school programs.

LSEED INTERNSHIP AND VOLUNTEERISM
PROGRAM

LIVP provides learning opportunities and exposure to student interns & volunteers, specifically those who are interested in running social enterprise programs. It also gives them the chance to work with development practitioners in the field as well as start up (SE) owners. Supervision student organizations, Hult Prize @ DLSU, DLSU SCALE, and CEO is also part of this program.

LSEED CERTIFICATE
PROGRAM

LCP serves as the training component and certificate program of the Center. It develops relevant contents and offers capability building sessions to both aspiring and practitioners in the fields of social entrepreneurship and social innovation.

ADVOCACY AND INTERNATIONALIZATION
PROGRAM

AIP serves as the platform of the University’s advocacy in social entrepreneurship through the Poverty Reduction Through Social Entrepreneurship (PRESENT) Coalition, MSMED Council under Sub-committee on Management and Labor Capacities, and National Association of Social Enterprise Educators and Administrators. It also serves as the flagship program for special formation of students in joining local and international competitions in areas of social entrepreneurship and social innovation.

Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research
(SIER)

SIER Program manages the research portfolio of the Center by working with internal and external researchers in the fields of social entrepreneurship and social innovation. SIER also serves as LSEED Center’s knowledge management platform in social entrepreneurship with emphasis on social innovation, science & technology, business, engineering and other areas of expertise of DLSU.

ANGAT BUHAY YOUNG SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURS'
PROGRAM
(ABY SEP)

ABY SEP is a one-year social enterprise development program that aims to train aspiring young social entrepreneurs in the country to develop sustainable and impact-driven social enterprises. ABY SEP also provides funding and mentoring support to the chosen teams through a comprehensive fellowship and training program.

SOCIAL ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT FOR STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS
(SEDSO) PROGRAM

SEDSO Program is a social enterprise program for student organizations. The program provides a combined mentorship and social enterprise development experience for Lasallian student leaders by allowing them to create social enterprise projects with select community partners.

KAagapay sa Yugto-Yugto at Abot-Kayang Negosyo (KAYA)
PROGRAM

KAYA is a local economic development project of the Lasallian Social Enterprise for Economic Development (LSEED) Center. It primarily endeavors to provide sustainable income generating and entrepreneurial initiatives, focusing on the mobility and livelihood of selected communities in Metro Manila and Laguna.

LSEED SOCIAL ENTERPRISE MARKETPLACE PROGRAM

An online and offline marketplace for Lasallian social enterprises. The Microsite is hosted through LSEED’s partnership with Lazada Philippines.
