Job Descriptions/Summary

The Talent Development Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and career growth. They collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, develop and deliver educational initiatives, and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs. The Coordinator also supports the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with the organization’s talent strategy and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Arts Management, Marketing Management, Theatre Arts, Communication Arts, or a related field.
  2. At least two (2) years of experience in an arts-related role.
  3. Strong research, analytical, and program development skills.
  4. Experience in developing and facilitating training programs for students or similar learning initiatives.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  6. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
