Qualifications:
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration or a related degree
- Three (3) to five (5) solid years of relevant actual work experience in Organization Development change Management, Exhibits strong skills in Customer Experience, Document and Records Management, Data and Information Management
- Excellent in Written, Verbal, and Interpersonal Communication
- Ability to work with the team

Job Description/Summary
The Organizational Development Officer is responsible for supporting the Organization Development Manager in planning, creating, innovating, managing, and strategically implementing HR initiatives for change management and organization development toward an integrated community that will foster a culture of excellence. Help identify organization-wide goals and priorities for human capital investments and strategy in partnership with the University Leadership team to ensure alignment and develop sustainable systemic change.
