Job Descriptions/Summary

The Business and Curriculum Development Officer will play a key role in advancing the mission of the PHINMA-DLSU Center for Business and Society by driving business development, stakeholder engagement, and curriculum innovation initiatives. This position will work closely with corporate partners, RVRCOB faculty and administrators, and the School of Lifelong Learning to develop and promote impactful training programs, certificate courses, and curriculum enhancements that promote business as a force for good.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Curriculum Development, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  2. At least two (2) years of relevant experience in business development, stakeholder engagement, and/or curriculum development within higher education or corporate learning environments.
  3. Demonstrated success in establishing and managing strategic partnerships while implementing collaborative initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Strong knowledge of curriculum design, instructional methodologies, and program assessment and evaluation.
  5. Excellent project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Passionate about promoting business as a force for positive social impact and advancing innovation in business education.
