Qualifications:
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field, preferably with a Master’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, stakeholder engagement, and/or curriculum development in higher education or corporate training
- Proven track record of developing successful partnerships and initiatives with diverse stakeholders
- Expertise in curriculum design, instructional strategies, and program evaluation
- Exceptional project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for advancing business as a force for good and transforming business education
Job Description/Summary
The Business and Curriculum Development Officer will play a key role in advancing the mission of the PHINMA-DLSU Center for Business and Society by driving business development, stakeholder engagement, and curriculum innovation initiatives. This position will work closely with corporate partners, RVRCOB faculty and administrators, and the School of Lifelong Learning to develop impactful training programs, certificate courses, and curriculum enhancements that promote business as a force for good.
