Job Descriptions/Summary

The Audio Visual Technician is assigned to a combination of phases or activities relative to the operation, orientation, safe keeping, and maintenance of audio-visual equipment and materials, operation and set-up of multimedia projector, and computers for CD-ROM; provides assistance in the production of AV materials.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field; preferably a licensed Electronics Technician (ECT) or Certified Audio and Video Technician.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience as an Audio and Video Technician, with hands-on expertise in electrical testing, troubleshooting, and circuitry.
  3. Proficient in reading, interpreting, and drafting technical plans and diagrams.
  4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members.
  5. Physically fit, with excellent hand-eye coordination and willingness to perform fieldwork and on-site assignments.
  6. Familiar with various technical tools and equipment; knowledge of audio and video editing software is an advantage.
