The Administrative Officer is responsible for managing the office/department’s general clerical and administrative functions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in administrative functions and office operations.
Proven supervisory or people management experience is preferred.
Above-average proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experienced in preparing and managing documentation for externally funded projects, particularly in financial reporting, budget monitoring, and compliance with donor requirements.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks, manage priorities, and work effectively with various stakeholders.
