ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Eligibility Requirements

Age

• Nursery applicants must be at least 4 years old by June 1 of the upcoming academic year
• Kinder applicants must be at least 5 years old by June 1 of the upcoming academic year

Grades

• A General Average of at least 85 or AP (Approaching Proficiency)
• No grade below 80 in any subject
• No grade below 80 or its equivalent in Conduct / Deportment

 

Admission Procedure

Step 1: Submit the Requirements

• Application Form
• Three (3) pieces of Passport size identical photos
• Report Card
• Copy of Report Cards for the past two (2) School Years
• Copy of Current Report Card
  e.g. Applying to Grade 7: Report Cards Grade 4 and 5, Current Card
  Grade 6
• NSO Birth certificate
• Guidance Transition Certificate -to be accomplished by the Guidance Counselor of the school.  If the school does not have a Guidance Center, the class adviser or any teacher whom you feel has served as the child’s mentor would be the next best person to accomplish this form.
• Two (2) Recommendation Forms -to be accomplished by other school personnel who might be able to give a better assessment of your child’s capabilities and disposition in school.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

1. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR or I-Card) OR Special Study Permit (SSP)
2. Photocopy of the valid Passport
3. Photocopy of Working Visa of Parent/s, if applicable
4. Photocopy of Passport of Parents, if applicable

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR DUAL CITIZEN STUDENTS

1. Certificate of Dual Citizenship
2. Photocopy of Filipino Passport

 

Step 2: Pay the P500 Testing Fee at the Cashier’s Office.

Step 3: Take the entrance exam on your scheduled date. Applicants must present their Examination Permit on the date indicated.

• Check the test results online, enter the DTS number at http://enroll.dlsu.edu.ph/dlsu/dts
• Claim the Status Letter from the OASIS on the date indicated on the claim stub issued after the exam.

**Development Fee for International Students: US$ 1,400.00 (one-time fee per student)

The Schedule of Fees is based on the computation of the FULL PAYMENT SCHEME (Plan A).  Amounts will vary with the differing percentage discounts plus interest per month that will be applied to INSTALLMENT PAYMENT SCHEMES (Plans B, C and D).
School and PE Uniforms, Books, Tablets and eBooks (specifically for Grade 7 to Grade 10) are not included in these fees.
