THE BOARD IS ORGANIZING ANOTHER INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ENGINEERING EDUCATION WHICH IS TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED ON JANUARY, 2002. THE THEME IS "NEW TRENDS IN ENGINEERING EDUCATION".
 

PATE CONSTITUTION UNANIMOUSLY RATIFIED BY 54 MEMBER SCHOOLS DURING THE GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
 

2000 PATE Board Meetings

The first monthly board meeting of the newly elected Board was held at the Bro. Connon Conference Room at De La Salle University last September 1, 2000. The meeting was hosted by the new president of PATE, Dr. Servillano Olano, Jr. The President proposed the theme "Closer Networking for Quality Engineering Education".
 

The second monthly board meeting was held at the President's Office Board Room of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila last September 29, 2000. The meeting was hosted by Dean Juan C. Tallara, Jr., the first vice-president of PATE.
 

The third monthly meeting of the board was held at the President Conference Room of Mapua Institute of Technology last October 27, 2000. The meeting was hosted by Dr. Ma. Consuelo Flora, the 2nd Vice-president and Dr. Reynaldo Vea, the President of Mapua Institute of Technology. Dr. Vea was kind enough to join the deliberations and contributed so much to the success of the proceedings.

The fourth monthly meeting of the board was held on November 24, 2000 at the Casiño Espanol hosted by Dean Peter Ureta of Adamson University from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

The fifth monthly meeting was held on December 18, 2000 at the Philippine Columbian Association, Paco, Manila hosted by Dean Carla Falconit of National University where a christmas party and exchange gifts was participated by the members of the board and some guests.

The sixth monthly meeting was held on January 26, 2001 at the President's Conference Room in Central Philippine University, Jaro, Iloilo City. The meeting was hosted by Dean Walden Rio. The board met and discussed important matters with the deans, department chairs attending the seminar workshop organized by Dean Rio. 

The seventh board meeting was held on February 23, 2001 at the University of Sto. Tomas to be hosted by Dean Marilyn Mabini of the College of Engineering. 

The eighth board meeting was held on March 30, 2001 at the University of the East, Manila Campus hosted by Dean Genaro Marzan of the College of Engineering
