For Prospective Partner Companies
The Applied Corporate Management (ACM) Program of DLSU began as a partnership with the European Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines. The program, patterned after the dual-tech program in Germany, features three alternate terms of actual experiential learning in the real world of work, and was meant to enable students to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values of world-class management. The students’ exposure in the company is now known as the Management Internship.
Unlike typical practicum training, ACM students are assigned to the workplace three times for a period of 12 weeks each time, rendering a full 40-hour week. This allows partner companies to assign full-blown projects to our students, who by nature of the selection process, are generally academically gifted, with strong leadership potential.
