Note: Applicants who wish to transfer to the DLSU Tañada-Diokno School of Law from another law school will be allowed on the condition that they successfully hurdle the rigorous admission process, and that they will be classified as new students. The program requires a fresh start in legal education. As such, law courses earned from previous law schools are not honored in the DLSU Tañada-Diokno College of Law. Transfer Applicants must submit the required documentary requirements, and in addition, the original, incomplete transcript with CGPA, from the last law school attended.

Selection of Applicants

The DLSU Tanada-Diokno School of Law Screening Committee assesses the applicant’s potential for success in law school. Consideration is given to the applicant’s academic record, performance in the standardized tests, leadership abilities, commitment to serve the most vulnerable sectors, and communication skills (oral and written).

Applicants will also be selected on the basis of an interview conducted by the DLSU School of Law Screening Panel. Applicants who will be required to undergo the interview process must ensure their availability on the scheduled date of the interview.

Graduates of international schools may be conditionally accepted. DLSU Tañada-Diokno School of Law will need to secure clearance from the LEB.
