Undergraduate Transferee Application Procedures
Criteria
A student from another school/college/university who wishes to transfer to the university must meet the following criteria:
- Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 85% or its equivalent
- Must have no failure in any subject
- Must have no incomplete grades [Incomplete grades in the Transcript of Records (TOR) must be completed and reflected in the TOR within the application period]
- Must have no unofficial dropped subjects

Policies/Guidelines
- Transferees are students who have enrolled or taken college, vocational or special training units in other colleges, universities or vocational schools. Even freshman
applicants are considered transferees when they have officially enrolled in any degree or certificate program in any school after high school. Thus, transfer applicants are not allowed to apply as a freshman. - Courses taken from other universities by transferees may be credited by DLSU, provided that the number of units to be credited does not exceed 20% of the total number of units required by the program at DLSU. Accreditation of units or subjects taken from the previous university will be determined by the Associate Dean of the College of De La Salle University upon acceptance to the program.
- Transferees will also be required to pass the test and interview by the Associate Dean of the College as a requirement for admission.
- The decision on the final status of the applicant is made by the College through its Associate Dean.
- Application to the preferred degree program is subject to the availability of the program and slot per term.
- The number of completed terms from the previous school/college required for transferee upon application are the following:

- The Office of Admissions and Scholarships reserves the right to deny/cancel applications for admission of an applicant who have submitted all requirements but has incurred failing and/or incomplete grade/s, with unofficially dropped subjects and obtained a grade point average lower than 85% or its equivalent as indicated in the final copy of the Transcript of Records (TOR).
Application Procedures for Transferees
- Complete the Application Process (Step 1) via the Google Form Transferee Application for Term 3 AY 2023-2024
1.1 Completely fill out the Google Form.
1.2 Upload all Application Documentary Requirements. Please allot reasonable lead time to secure the following requirements/documents and to prepare a clear scanned copy of each (in PDF/JPEG format) in time for the Application process deadline.
1.2.1 Online Undergraduate Application Form
1.2.2 Transcript of Records (TOR) or Copy of Grades issued by the Registrar with the grading system or grade equivalency
1.2.3 Two (2) recommendations (Using the DLSU Recommendation Form) from the following (one from each):
o Dean
o Department Head
o Professor
o Guidance Counselor
Important Note: Recommendation Forms shall be sent by the recommender directly to OAS by uploading the Recommendation Forms via Google Form. The applicant will be responsible to coordinate the required process with his/her Recommender/Rater.
1.2.4 Identical passport photographs

Non-Filipinos - Born in the Philippines
PSA issued Birth Certificate, Valid and Unexpired Foreign Passport and Alien Certificate of Registration Identity (ACR I) Card / Special Resident Retiree’s Visa (SRRV) - Born Abroad
Valid and Unexpired Foreign Passport 1.2.6 Certificate of Good Moral Character
1.2.7 Print and signed Consent Form
- Pay the non-refundable Admission Processing Fee. The fees are PhP600.00 for Filipino citizens (including those who are dual citizens) or PhP2,500.00 for non-Filipino citizens.

Once payment has been made, kindly upload a clear photo/screenshot of the proof of payment/deposit slip with your name written on it the Google Form.Important Note: A verification and evaluation process shall be conducted following your submission of documents and payment of application fee. A notification email shall be sent to your registered email if you are qualified to take the admission test. Please allow ten (10) working days to be able to receive the notification email. - Take the transferee admission test on the scheduled date. All applicants must present their test permits on the date of examination.
- Final Results of the application will be released via registered email address.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- Applications with incomplete requirements will not be processed.
- Complete the application process early in order to avoid unnecessary inconveniences. Late submission of applications will not be considered.
- Please keep all original hard copies of the documentary requirements. They are necessary and form part of the requirements during confirmation of enrollment.
- For students who studied abroad, a copy of their Transcript of Record (TOR) apostille/authenticated by the Philippine Embassy in the country where the school is located must be submitted upon confirmation of enrollment.
- The EMAIL ADDRESS LOGGED IN THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM (OAF) WILL BE CONSIDERED YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS. All concerns regarding your Application including the Result of your Application will be sent to this registered email address.
- Applicants with complete Application requirements will be provided the test schedule and the TEST PERMIT will be emailed to the registered email address of the Applicant.
- Any false information given and/or fraudulent document uploaded into the facility will automatically nullify the application and permanently disbar the applicant from pursuing any level of study at De La Salle University.
- Application Results will be withheld for applicants with incomplete requirements and/or who failed to comply with the specifications of the documentary requirements (e.g. unclear/unreadable scanned copies) at the given deadline of submission.
- Application Results will be released via a registered email address starting 05 April 2024..
- The Office of Admissions and Scholarships reserves the right to deny/cancel admission to any applicant who upon submission of requirements incurred failing and/or incomplete grade/s, unofficially dropped subjects and obtained a grade point average lower than 85% or its equivalent as indicated in the final copy of the Transcript of Records (TOR).
