The Student Council Assistance Fund (SCAF) is a program that provides zero
percent tuition fee loans to Lasallian students that are in need of financial
assistance and cannot meet the tuition fee deadlines imposed by the University.
The Student Council Credit Service (SCCS) is a sub-program of SCAF. It provides
zero percent loans to Lasallian student who are in need of financial assistance
to any (book-transferred) student expenses within his/her stay in the
university.

The CPR program is a pioneering research program that shall continuously evaluate existing student fees and expenses inside the University and shall propose amendments to prices and fees which are deemed unjustifiable.
This program is geared towards increasing the overall financial resources of the Student Council by establishing partnerships with corporations and other institutions. DSC-Co Part shall benefit university-wide Student Council activities and shall support programs such as Gawad-Kalinga (GK), Student Council Assistance Fund (SCAF), Pahiram Libro and Centralized Lockers, among others.
Every term, a group of students is tasked to check the accounts of each SC units if it tallies with the financial documents that should support each amount. This amount is then released to the corresponding units for recording purposes. This is to ensure financial accountability and transparency of the Office of the Treasurer.
As part of the Student Councils' goal to ensure accessible, justifiable, and mass-oriented education, the OTREAS, together with other Student Council offices, shall conduct detailed studies/research to come up with sound proposals for succeeding tuition fee increases, as deliberated in the Multi-Sectoral Committee on Budget (MSCB).
