National Affairs (NatAff)

logo of nataffThe National Affairs (NatAff) Committee of the Legislative Assembly discusses national and sectoral issues that are relevant to the students and the entire university. This year, it is geared towards making resolutions and manifestos concerning economic, political and environmental issues, among others. These include a manifesto against the suspension of CHED Memorandum 14, a manifesto on pushing for the legislation of the Renewable Energy Bill, a stand on election violence and a stand on the results of the national election, to name a few.

  • A stand on the President’s SONA
  • Resolution for prioritizing Filipino products
  • A stand on the lack of transparency on the Subic Rape Case
  • A stand on the extra-judicial killings
  • Resolution on Global Warming
  • A stand on the controversial selling of partylist seats
