- Efficiency of enrollment and other academic procedures
- Research on university academic policies
- Review of existing curricula and recommendations
- Coordinate with the University Library Council
- Perform other functions as deemed necessary by the President

- Monitor the Activities of the BA
- Coordinate with the College Assemblies and the CSO regarding university-wide activities
- Ensure SC activities are prioritized

- LSAL

- Other committees under her office
- Planning and implementation of special projects
- Be a member of the AOAC
- Perform other functions as deemed necessary by the President
- Report directly to the President
- Dissemination of the university-wide activities, programs, and campaigns of the SC
- Coordinate with the College Assemblies and the CSO regarding info dissemination
- Establish liasons
- Establish alliances
- Address student concerns regarding operational efficiency
- Establish programs or projects to obtain feedback
- Perform other functions as deemed necessary by the Pres
- Report directly to the President
- Record meetings: EB, COLE, GAs, and LA
- Office management
- Training and development of SC officers
- Handle all correspondence of the EB
- Maintenance of a complete and effective filing system
