President

  • Preside over the meetings
  • Implement LA decisions
  • Uphold provisions stipulated in the constitution
  • Be an ex-officer
  • Monitor all the executive functions
  • Submit the LA trimestral reports
  • Ensure national, sectoral, and university-wide issues
  • Receive and review periodic reports
  • Represent DLSU
  • Facilitate the discharge of his/her responsibilities

Vice-President for Academics

  • Report to the President
  • Coordinate with the College Assemblies regarding academic-related matters
  • Address academic concerns and grievances
  • Create projects relevant to academic needs
  • Efficiency of enrollment and other academic procedures
  • Research on university academic policies
  • Review of existing curricula and recommendations
  • Coordinate with the University Library Council
  • Perform other functions as deemed necessary by the President

Vice-President for Activities

  • Report to the President
  • Chairs the AA
  • Monitor the Activities of the BA
  • Coordinate with the College Assemblies and the CSO regarding university-wide activities
  • Ensure SC activities are prioritized
  • Oversee the planning and operations of the ff:
    • LSAL
    • University Week
    • CSCI
    • Other committees under her office
  • Planning and implementation of special projects
  • Be a member of the AOAC
  • Perform other functions as deemed necessary by the President

Vice-President for Operations and Communications

  • Report directly to the President
  • Dissemination of the university-wide activities, programs, and campaigns of the SC
  • Coordinate with the College Assemblies and the CSO regarding info dissemination
  • Establish liasons
  • Establish alliances
  • Address student concerns regarding operational efficiency
  • Establish programs or projects to obtain feedback
  • Perform other functions as deemed necessary by the Pres

Executive Secretary

  • Report directly to the President
  • Record meetings: EB, COLE, GAs, and LA
  • Office management
  • Training and development of SC officers
  • Handle all correspondence of the EB
  • Maintenance of a complete and effective filing system
  • Perform other functions as deemed necessary by the EB

Treasurer

  • Report directly to the President
  • Custodian of funds and enforce standard operating procedures
  • Management of funds
  • Preparation of annual budget
  • Formulate and implement policies and procedures governing financial resources
  • Require financial documents
  • Collect and summarize needed data for financial reports
  • Prepare trimestral financial reports
  • Safeguard cash
  • Monitor fund-raising activities
  • Make periodic reviews of the income and expenditure
  • Review and monitor all receipts and disbursements
  • Perform other functions as deemed necessary by the EB
