Other Activities

Industry Research Forum and Networking

CESDR organizes Industry Research Fora at De La Salle University-Manila. This intends to to bring together the various stakeholders such as the industry, funding agencies and government to crystallize activities addressing the concerns of the industry and society. This forum also serves as a venue to conduct sectoral consultations. The center capitalizes on the more 150 industry linkage-member companies.

Conferences and Publications

Every year the Center through the College of Engineering organizes annual/biennial international and national conferences bringing together researchers from the academe, government and industry on a scientific presentations and meetings. Tutorials and roundtable discussions are also conducted to develop policy programs and directions on engineering research and development.

Visiting Professors and Scientists

The Center receives on the average of around twenty (20) visiting Professors and scientists from European, American and Asian universities and institutions every year. These visitors conduct lectures, research meetings and consultations, seminar-workshops and advising.
