• Comprehensive Cost Analysis of Selected Degree Programs for Higher Educational Institutions (NCR Pilot Study)

  This pilot study paves the way for developing a normative financing formula that can be used to determine budget allocations for state universities and colleges. It provides stakeholders in higher education the relevant information needed to answer questions regarding the uses of funds in higher education (completed November 2002).
