Reservation Procedures





  1. Download the Condominium Accommodation Reservation Form. Submit the scanned copy of the accomplished form to satellite.campus@dlsu.edu.ph at least two (2) weeks prior to the arrival of the guest. The office making the reservation shall be deemed as the Sponsoring Office (SO).

  2. Confirmation of the condominium unit reservation will be sent via email to the contact person of the Sponsoring Office no later than three (3) working days after the accomplished scanned copy of the reservation form has been sent to satellite.campus@dlsu.edu.ph

  3. In the event that a confirmed reservation will be cancelled, the SO must send an official notice to satellite.campus@dlsu.edu.ph at least one (1) day prior to the check-in date. A cancellation fee amounting to 60% of the daily rate will be imposed if the SO fails to send the notice within the said cancellation period.
