Enrollment Services Group


The Office of the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Services’ primary purpose is to supervise and coordinate the programs, projects and activities of the Office of the Enrollment Services Hub, Office of Admissions and Scholarships, Office of Academic Services for Integrated School, Office of Enrollment Services for STC, and Office of the University Registrar.


  • Enrollment Services Hub
  • The Hub caters to the front-line transactions of the Office of the University Registrar (OUR), the Office of Admissions and Scholarships (OAS), the Office of the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Services (OAVPES) and the Student Development Formation Office (SDFO). It receives and releases documents or forms that are used in processing requests for records and other transactions related to the admission, scholarship, enrollment and graduation of students, including the certificate of good moral character.

  • Office of Academic Services for Integrated School (OASIS)
  • The primary purpose of the Office of Academic Services for the Integrated School is to oversee the functions of the following units/services for all programs offered by the Integrated School related to recruitment, admissions and scholarships, registrarship, testing and evaluation.

  • Office of Admissions and Scholarships
  • The Office of Admissions and Scholarships primary purpose is to recruit, select, and admit quality undergraduate and graduate students, both local and international, capable of upholding Lasallian values and ideals and to extend financial assistance to needy but capable Filipino men and women desiring to continue their educational and training programs in both the undergraduate and the graduate levels.

  • Office of the University Registrar
  • The Office of the University Registrar’s primary purpose is to administer services in the areas of: enrollment, student records, graduation, faculty attendance, government liaison and other related services.
