Job Description:

• Define local and regional HR strategy and policies within overall global business context, in terms of recruiting, organisational development, training and compensation and benefits.
• Optimize opportunities to continuously upgrade talent, coach and advise local and regional managers to maximize employees’ performance and potential.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent is required.
• Experience in all HR activities i.e. recruitment and selection, organizational development, training and development, compensation and benefits.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment.
• Strong consulting and analytical skills are essential.
