Discipline Office Paragons Program (DOP)

General Goals and Objectives

The general goal of the Program is to recruit students with potentials and capabilities to assist the Discipline Office in the planning and implementation of its program and services.

To achieve this goal, the Program intends to:

1. Provide well-planned and organized activities which are interesting, appealing, and suited to the needs of its support staff members;
2. Present opportunities for personal (both intra and interpersonal) and professional growth; and
3. Give its support staff group with sufficient training to enhance their leadership ability and other skills so they could competently assist the DO in the delivery of its programs and services.

Qualifications

To qualify, a student should:

1. Be service oriented (COMMITTED to help fellow students);
2. Have a clean discipline record;
3. Have a GPA of at least 2.5 during the previous term
4. Not be a member of any SPS Office Student Support Staff group; and

Pass the DOP recruitment procedures.
