Effects of the Restructuring

For members of the Student Artist Managers, who have been familiar with the past organizational structure where there were only two divisions, having six separate divisions for this restructuring needs further familiarization. Most groups, on the other hand, see the changes made had positive effects on their performance and operation as a group. For instance, DLSU Chorale, the individual training that their musical director carries out has lead to the maintenance of the high quality of choral singing during performances. Innersoul, on the other hand, stated that their inclusion of female performers has increased their marketability as a group and has eliminated the "boy band image" that was once attached to them.

Restructuring: Necessary or Unnecessary?

The CAO groups agreed that the restructuring that took place this term was something necessary for the betterment of the performance and operation of the group as a whole. They also think that the restructuring was one way of maintaining the high standards of performance that the CAO groups have always been known for.
