Students who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate in the START 2 Program:
- Monthly stipend or allowances from the company which is at least equivalent to the hourly minimum wage for NCR (but not entitled to other fringe benefits, e.g. retirement plan, SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth)
- Overtime/Holiday Pay
- Other perks that may be provided by partner companies
- Work rendered whenever such is allowed and consistent with the objectives of the respective programs, may be counted towards any or all requirements of a practicum, on-the-job training, or industry immersion
- Advance enrolment privilege
