Official Channels

To enable the Office of the University Registrar to monitor the progress and accomplishment of special internal requests from various departments and offices of De La Salle University-Manila, all communications to the Office of the University Registrar should be done through official channels, as follows:

For memoranda and letters, the document must be received at the Front Desk. A Document Tracking System (DTS) Number will be issued to the requesting party if the document is primarily addressed to our office, together with instructions on how to electronically monitor (via Internet) the progress of the request;

For electronic communications, the email should be sent directly to registrar@dlsu.edu.ph.

The Office of the University Registrar shall not be responsible for requests made through unofficial arrangements.

Document Tracking System

A Document Tracking System (DTS) Number is issued for every letter and/or memorandum addressed to and received by the Office of the University Registrar.

Regular forms issued by and submitted to the Office of the University Registrar are not covered by the DTS, except for the Application for Leave of Absence (Form No. E-01) and the Request for Change of Information (Form No. R-50).

The DTS Number serves as an acknowledgment receipt of the letter/ memorandum. At the same time, the DTS Number may be entered on-line at http://enroll.dlsu.edu.ph/dlsu/dts to monitor the progress of the request and the decision. While confidentiality is maintained by a battery of codes embedded in the DTS Number, sharing of the DTS Number will allow other parties to view the records on-line.

This system reduces the need of requesting parties to call the Office of the University Registrar to monitor progress of requests and to photocopy documents to communicate the decision.

A DTS Number should be issued for every request letter and/or memorandum received by the Office of the University Registrar.
