Front Desk transactions of the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) are officially received and released at the Enrollment Services Hub such as, requests for Transcript of Records, Diploma, Certifications, and the like. ID matters, receiving of Faculty Attendance Forms and other inquiries are also accommodated at The Hub.
The Enrollment Services Hub is located at the 2nd floor of Henry Sy Sr. Hall. Its schedule of operations is as follows:
Telephone inquiries pertaining to transactions with the Office of the University Registrar are initially handled by the Enrollment Services Hub Help Desk. General information is provided and callers are directed to specific OUR personnel as the need arises.

To enable the Office of the University Registrar to monitor the progress and accomplishment of special internal requests from various departments and offices of De La Salle University-Manila, all communications to the Office of the University Registrar should be done through official channels, as follows:
For memoranda and letters, the document must be received at the Enrollment Services Hub. A Document Tracking System (DTS) number will be issued to the requesting party if the document is primarily addressed to the Office of the University Registrar, together with instructions on how to electronically monitor (via Internet) the progress of the request;
For electronic communications, the email should be sent directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Office of the University Registrar shall not be responsible for requests made through unofficial arrangements.
A Document Tracking System (DTS) number is issued for every letter and/or memorandum addressed to the Office of the University Registrar which is received by Enrollment Services Hub.
Regular forms issued by and submitted to the Enrollment Services Hub are not covered by the DTS, except for the Application for Leave of Absence (EN-03-201205) and the Request for Change of Information (RE-10-201205).
The DTS Number serves as an acknowledgment receipt of the letter/ memorandum. At the same time, the DTS Number may be entered on-line at http://enroll.dlsu.edu.ph/dlsu/dts to monitor the progress of the request and the decision. While confidentiality is maintained by a battery of codes embedded in the DTS Number, sharing of the DTS Number will allow other parties to view the records on-line.
This system reduces the need of requesting parties to call the Office of the University Registrar to monitor progress of requests and to photocopy documents to communicate the decision.
A DTS Number should be issued for every request letter and/or memorandum received by the Office of the University Registrar.
