Job Description:

The Intern will join the team to mainly work on MC's recent mandate from the ADB to conduct a study focused on the capital markets development in the Philippines. He/She will work closely with more experienced members of the team to cover the following:

  • Research, monitoring and analysis of the capital markets environment in the region;
  • Review the Philippine's current capital markets platform and identify potential issues;
  • Develop implementation strategies for proposed improvement initiatives; and
  • Prepare a presentation and/or paper on the preliminary and final results of the study.

As time permits, he/she will also be exposed to other ongoing projects of MC covering M&A, capital raising, and restructuring.

Qualifications:
