Position Title:Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Over-all management of the Warehouse & Logistics Department that supports the Warehouse and Logistics Manager’s Programs as well as to perform the following functions:
  • Planning
    • Preparation of forecasts of stocks based on the rate of depletion which shall be used as reference for inventory replenishment to avoid stock-outs
    • Draws up the schedule of Preventive Maintenance for all company delivery vehicles and ensures their proper upkeep and utilization and comes up with effective measures to minimize fuel consumption and without adversely affecting the quality of service
    • Regularly reviews and evaluates the policies and procedures of the Warehouse & Logistics Department to determine their effectiveness and, if needed be, introduces innovations to make operations faster, more cost-effective and easier to manage.
  • Leading
    • Conducts regular coaching/mentoring of personnel under the Logistics Dept. to ensure that they understand and strictly follow the said Department’s operational procedures and related polices of the Company
    • Setting good example and role model
    • Mentoring
  • Organizing
    • Promotes good housekeeping of the Warehouse Office and Storage areas
    • Upkeep and update of inventory records for all stock movements to/from the Warehouse area
  • Controlling
    • Performs effective control and documentation on the storage & security of stocks and receiving & releasing of products from the Warehouse area
    • Makes sure that all deliveries are properly documented, accurate, intact and timely and that all Delivery personnel always provide excellent Customer Service

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering/ Accountancy/ Logistics Management or any related course.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in the City of Manila
  • With good communication (oral & written) and people skills
  • With at least 3 years supervisory or management experience and with significant knowledge and expertise in logistics, inventory management planning, control & systems application, plus, inventory forecasting
  • With working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint

Position Title:Brand Category Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in improving sales and profitability of assigned brands.
  • Manage brand budget and resources efficiently.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to improve market share, sales & brand growth, expand to new markets and outperform competitors.
  • Responsible for coordinating activities of Specialists in :
  • Production
  • Sales Forecasting
  • Marketing : advertising, promotion, marketing research, trends and preference
  • Product Research and Development
  • Procurement Forecasting
  • Product Mix, Pricing, Promotion, People and Distribution
  • Package Development
  • Finance (protecting desired margins of the Company)

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Business Administration/Marketing/Economics; background in Civil Engineering/ Architecture; MBA degree an advantage;
  • At least five (5) years of experience in sales and marketing of construction or related products to construction companies, architects, wholesale and retail hardware stores with established network in construction-related industries.
  • Familiarity with brand or product management is an advantage;
  • With good human resource management skills;
  • Creative, aggressive and willing to accept challenges;
  • Chinese speaking is an advantage.
