Position Title:Leasing Associate

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, or any equivalent course.

Job Description:

  • Plan strategic activities required for property acquisitions of corporate clients including management of the real estate process
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing Department to ensure sales and lease of commercial and office space transactions
  • Generate leads through networks and called calls and assist with referrals and inquiries
  • Set daily appointments to find quality leads and handle walk-in and telephone inquiries
  • Handle commercial and office space lease transactions including lease acquisitions
  • Assist client meetings and conduct presentations to clients
  • Facilitate commercial viewing.

  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Business Development Manager and Managing Director to achieve revenue goals.
  • Negotiate with prospective property owners about the advantages of the services being offered and follow up with them in order to secure properties.
  • Research, identify, and visit areas to secure new properties for the company to market.
  • Build strong customer relationships to generate a high volume of prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain a database of property listings.
  • Work closely with the Sales department to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Analyse data using the various statistical software.

Position Title:Digital Marketing Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing Management, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Advertising or any equivalent course.
  • At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Must be highly creative and innovative.
  • Strong command of the English language both written and oral.
  • Must have experience with project management, workflow conceptualization, and workflow management.
  • Deep expertise in web analytics tools (Google analytics, SEO/SEM).
  • Exposure to the real estate industry is an advantage.

  • Conceptualises and develops marketing campaign strategies including Website, Search Engine Marketing/Search Engine Optimization, email, social media, GoogleAd Words, Online Real Estate Platforms and display advertising campaigns for QC and Davao Office.
  • Constructs marketing contents.
  • Maintains and manages company's social media accounts and create a strategy for this purpose.
  • Develop marketing strategies to create online traffic and boost the company's branding.
  • Manages online branding and produce online campaigns to create brand awareness.
  • Evaluates and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

Position Title:Web Developer

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System or any equivalent course.
  • Must have at least 2 years of professional experience in IT related position/field.
  • Must have strong front-end development and back-end programming languages.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like jQuery, React, Angular, Bootstrap and backend frameworks like, Laravel, etc.
  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, PHP, Python and other web development languages.
  • Has experience with responsive web design and development with basic knowledge of SEO techniques and methodologies.
  • Familiar with the following software development practices: unit testing; source control; continuous integration and deployment, automated testing etc.

  • Provide website maintenance updates and site enhancements.

Position Title:Property Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in managing either of the ff: operating facilities, residential buildings, commercial malls, and office buildings.
  • Must have experience with a property management firm, and is familiar with its operations, organization structure, roles, and functions.
  • Must have a comprehensive knowledge in operations management or building management.
  • Must have the ability to create comprehensive guidelines, policies, and procedures, and can conceptualize and manage an effective property management workflow.
  • Must be a graduate from Management, Real Estate Management, or Engineering. (Those who graduated with related courses are very much welcome to apply).
  • Those who hold any Master’s Degrees in Management or Engineering have an advantage.
  • Those who hold a Certificate from the Short Course Offering: Property Management have an advantage.

Job Description:

  • Overall in-charge on the day to day management of Property Managers assigned to different buildings
  • Responsible on the discipline, training, welfare, work efficiency of the person while performing his assigned task.
  • Strictly implement Building House Rules and Regulations, guidelines and policy and procedures. Inspections on the building premises include electro- mechanical equipments installed in the property.
  • Provide upper management monthly written reports on areas of management. Attend to building tenants complaints and service request of the unit. Monitor and review the operations of all service contractors and suppliers.
  • Responsible for the overall successful operations of properties
  • Responsible in preparation of annual operating expense budget. Strict monitoring on the monthly collection of building dues. Maintain at all times the good relationship with the building occupants.
