Minimum Qualifications:

  • Directly market, promote, and sell the projects of the Company
  • Achieve the goals set for each division by doing the tasks assigned to them by the division head
  • Assume full responsibility in the efficient and successful promotion and marketing of the projects through individual efforts / strategies used
  • Assist in the implementation of all marketing activities and strategies
  • Offer utmost satisfaction to clients by ensuring a good and healthy professional relationship even after the transaction had been finished
  • Take care of one's own image and branding to better represent the company to all sectors.

Marketing Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

  • With an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or Entrepreneurship
  • Preferably with MBA or Master’s degree
  • Preferably with experience in real estate industry
  • Has keen attention to detail and extremely organized with work.

Job Description:

  • Develop marketing plans and strategies that aim to speed up the marketing and sales of the projects assigned in Fort Bonifacio
  • Facilitate internal and external marketing communication campaigns
  • Provide internal and external correspondences regarding branding, public relations, and marketing plans
  • Represent the company in different affairs and prepare necessary presentation materials
  • Organize events that will enhance the sales production of the department
  • Maintain a work environment that is sustainable and attracts the best employees and salespeople
  • Ensure that regular research is provided regarding competitors, industry updates, economy details, and other pertinent information that would help the sales and marketing department become experts of the industry

Brokers Network Coordinator

Minimum Qualifications:

Job Description:

  • Manage all requirements geared towards efficient marketing and promotions of Megaworld Brokers Network which includes:
  • Oversee the support needed and required by the Broker Managers including sales documents, computation sheets, inventory and sales materials
  • Provide the brokers and broker managers with presentation materials such as handouts, brochures, flyers, sales kits, as well as other necessary digital materials for the successful promotion of the project
  • Maintain an accurate and active database of broker organizations and has a direct contact with PRC and HLURB particularly regarding accreditation of licensed brokers.
  • Monitor and actively posts in the Facebook or social media page of the Megaworld Brokers Network
  • Conceptualize internal and external events that would increase engagement and activation of accredited and non-accredited brokers
  • Create innovative marketing materials that would continuously excite the brokerage industry.

Division Secretary

Job Description:

  • Assist division manager in documenting, filing, processing of sales, and coordinating with other divisions and marketing groups all important matters
  • Oversee inventory of sales materials and supplies for the assigned sales division
  • Prepare sales materials for the property consultants, which include the reservation agreement form, computation pad and terms, price lists, and availability listing
  • Handle the buyer's information slip of property consultants and ensure that the form is completely accomplished
  • Monitor attendance of property consultants
  • Entertain walk-in clients and phone calls
  • Assist the property consultants with their aftersales to clients
  • Route and receive documents within the marketing department
  • Prepare sales reports per division and other reports required of them by the division head
  • Update availability charts
  • Encode and check commission request forms and submitting it to the commission and incentive head
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
