PNB was established as a government-owned banking institution on July 22, 1916. Management Trainee (Operations)

Job Description:

  • As Management Trainee (JEDI Trainee), you will be part of PNB's Junior Executive Development Institute (JEDI) program. A six-month intensive leadership and management development program designed to develop the overall preparedness and technical competencies of candidates being groomed to become Bank officers. You will be placed on a fast-tracked career in the Bank and that opportunities for professional and personal growth will be made available to you.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Service Engineering & Management or any business related course
  • Graduates with honors or above average scholastic rating
  • Knowledge in operations review, process improvement and systems engineering is an advantage
