POSITION TITLE:Investor Relations Assistant

Job Description:

  • The Investor Relations Manager will be helping the AVP- Investor Relations in creating and presenting a consistently applied investment message to the investment community on behalf of the company, and for monitoring and presenting to management the opinions of the investment community regarding the company's performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Prepares detailed financial models of all the operating companies to support internal net asset valuation
  2. Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation
  3. Monitors operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management, and develops investor relations messages based on these changes
  4. Creates presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors
  5. Oversees the production of all annual reports, SEC filings, and other disclosure documents.
  6. Manages the company web site
  7. Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management
  8. Serves as a point of contact for the investment community
  9. Establishes and maintains relationships with stock exchange representatives
  10. Organizes conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings
  11. Provides feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of how the company is being managed, and their view of its financial results
  12. Represents the views of the investor community to the management team in the development of corporate strategy

Requirements:

  • College Graduate, preferably with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
  • At least five (5) years’ experience in an auditing firm; research side of brokerage; investment banks; and other financial institutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with financial modeling experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint

POSITION TITLE:Treasury Manager

Job Description:
The role is responsible for meeting the financial obligations of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiating loan or overdraft terms with banks.
  2. Creating solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial/treasury knowledge.
  3. Liaising with bankers and maintaining positive working relationships.
  4. Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues.
  5. Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits Company’s requirements.
  6. Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines.
  7. Providing guidance on special financing products and liaising with related financial service providers.

Requirements:

POSITION TITLE:Business Development Analyst

Job Description:

  1. Must be able to do Data Mining and in depth research to help support project assumptions. Must be able to support economic assumptions with sound, fact based research.
  2. Must be able to develop and work with financial models to assess value. Constructing and refining financial models, addressing complex and dynamic valuation and risk issues for energy deals and other infrastructure assets.
  3. Valuation, pricing and risk assessment for energy and infrastructure assets, corporations and merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions. Valuation methodologies include but are not limited to Market Based Multiples, Replacement Value, and Discounted Cash Flow using WACC. Must also be able to calculate and defend Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR).
  4. Conducting Enterprise Value Analysis to determine if the return on the firm's economic capital employed is greater than the firm’s cost of that capital.
  5. Prepares clear, organized, and concise investment memos and presentations. Write commercial reports and present them to management in the investment decision process.
  6. Will assist in the calculation and presentation of the department’s Annual Budget.
  7. Will provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including but not limited to:
  • Managing the procurement of office equipment and consumables
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Managing projects and conducting research

Educational Requirement:

  • College degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business – any course that provides a strong foundation in finance

Work Experience Required:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an analyst (within the energy industry is a plus). Experience in Financial Modelling, Due Diligence, and Business Valuation. Must also be familiar with Supply Demand Analysis. Should have experience conducting fact based research to support economic assumptions. The role may be required to travel to nationwide project sites for several days, on an as needed basis.

Job Summary:

  • To help research, analyze, and monitor key and emerging risks, risk drivers, and effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies of the Company and related entities. This includes maintaining and updating of risk register, assisting in developing and coordinating special projects such as MPIC Group Sustainability Reporting and other corporate reports for the Group.

POSITION TITLE: Treasury Assistant

Job Summary:

  • The Treasury Assistant is responsible for maintaining the daily cash flow, monitoring of funds and funding of disbursements.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Checks disbursements that need to be funded and ensuring adequacy of funds to finance daily transaction
  • Monitors proper timing of placements to ensure that maturing obligation are adequately funded.
  • Calls up depository banks for current rates and places excess funds. Checks and documents the same.
  • Prepares Request for Payment to transfer funds from one bank to another bank, if needed.
  • Updates daily reports, e.g. cash position , shot-term investment
  • Administers various bank transactions of requests that may be assigned.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

POSITION TITLE: Accounting Assistant

Job Summary:

  • The Accounting Assistant is responsible for ensuring the proper recording, classifying, encoding and reviewing of the Check voucher, Cash Receipts and Journal Voucher. The position is also responsible for updating the manual Books of Accounts; assisting the Senior Accounting Assistant in preparing audit schedules, and assisting the Associate Manager- Tax in preparing supporting schedules for tax returns as required. The position is also responsible in preparing and submission of tax returns, reports and other supporting schedules, as required.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  1. Assists the Associate Manager- Tax in the preparation of supporting schedules to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the tax filings, submission and compliance with the local and national tax regulators (e.g., Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Withholding taxes , Local Business Tax, etc.)
  2. Reviews and process Request for Payment (RFP), Expense report (i.e. Reimbursements, Liquidation, etc.) and Petty cash and ensures that these are supported by proper documents and charged to proper cost center, as necessary.
  3. Identifies the appropriate accounting entry and ensures that these are recorded accurately to enable generation of financial reports (i.e. Income Statement and Balance Sheet).
  4. Assists the Senior Accounting Assistant and Manager in preparing audit schedules and other required documents by auditors.
  5. Prepares the debit memo & statement of account and other relevant documents.
  6. Reconciles and clean up the intercompany accounts.
  7. Ensures that the accounting books and other accounting documents are registered, updated and well kept.

Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA- preferred
