Position Title: Corporate Finance Officer

Basic Functions:

  • The Corporate Finance Officer is responsible for putting in place accreditations with financial and non-financial institutions as well as other entities, as required and initiated by the Marketing Division; spearheads the annual renewal of the company’s ratings with the Global Credit Rating Company and other rating agencies; responsible for the financial reinsurance structuring, holding company and subsidiaries, specialized financing and capitalization strategies and sponsorship.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the Capital Planning & Banking Relations Department on the company’s accreditation with financial and non-financial institutions as well as renewals to facilitate the transactions of all branches, agencies and corporate clients.
  • Oversees the negotiations of company’s loans and other specialized financing with banks and financial institutions.
  • Spearheads special projects involving the company’s affiliated companies, including its parent company.
  • Spearheads the special projects undertaken by the company, which are mostly strategic positioning of the company in non-traditional investments. Activities usually include project studies / feasibility studies, diligence work, presentation to the Board for approval of these special projects, negotiations, packaging and the like.

Required Years of Experience:

  • At least 2-year experience as an officer in Account Management Group (AMG) in a bank.
