Management Trainee (Sales And Marketing)
Responsible for working alongside managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of eventually becoming a manager

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, product campaigns and market-specific initiatives
  • Work with managers to plan and direct the work of the Sales and Marketing teams
  • Conduct marketing-related research including, but not limited to, research on prospective clients, current market conditions, marketing events and competitor information
  • Analyze market research results
  • Help to manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities, ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and within agreed budgets
  • Report all marketing activities and results to Management
  • Conduct briefing and de-briefing for marketing activities
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
  • Identify potential customers for new business, ensuring that major sales opportunities are captured and explored
  • Prepare sales proposals
  • Represent the company in trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Respond to customer inquiries, and serve as an important source of customer and product information
  • Identify sales and marketing concerns, and recommend proactive or remedial action to manage business situations

Admin Support Staff For UK
Admin Support Staff for UK will be reporting in our office in Ortigas on a permanent UK shift schedule. The candidate will be providing administrative as well as support work for our UK staff and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general admin support, including, but not limited to: formatting of documents, data entry, producing summaries / reports for management review, arranging meetings or conference calls, transcription of meeting recording
  • Managing annual leave, sick leave and expenses claim of UK staff
  • Provide assistance to the UK team, accept and reply to emails and other correspondence
  • Coordinate with local (Philippines) and UK team to assist them in all admin / logistics tasks including setting up conference calls with UK team
  • Monitor critical support tickets and system alerts for UK projects during UK business hours and escalate issue to appropriate local (Philippines) staff
  • Assist in preparation of documentation for UK project delivery, including, but not limited to: release notes, user manuals
  • Other duties and functions as are incidental or inherent to duties

Qualifications:

Software Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Programming
  • Systems analysis and design

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology-related courses, Engineering or Mathematics

Software Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting different levels of application program and product testing
  • Preparing test specifications
  • Systems analysis and design
  • Product design
  • Preparing system documentation
  • Streamlining test procedures
  • Quality assurance review of project and organization processes, procedures and associated work products
  • Conducting function point analysis
  • Product and maintenance support

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of ANY COURSE and is willing to pursue a career in IT

Systems Engineer
The Systems Engineer will undergo intensive on-the-job training and mentoring in Hong Kong to prepare him for the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement systems architectures
  • Recommend the most cost-effective and efficient hardware and software that can satisfy project requirements
  • Identify and analyze system integration problems, formulate and implement corrective and preventive plans
  • Lead and coordinate with system administrators and all project team members in:
    • Setting up and maintaining project hardware and software
    • Managing systems configuration
  • Will need to be on call for urgent support cases

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering or related courses
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Able to learn on his own
  • Works well individually or in a group
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organization skills
