Audit Associate

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze processes and ensure adequacy of controls through interview and performance of a walkthrough
  • Document the interview and walkthrough by accomplishment of flowcharts
  • Perform control and substantive testing procedures
  • Come up with a summary of issues and a draft report
  • Perform regular revenue audits of mall tenants

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Accounting and Internal Audit Concepts and Standards

Sales Executive

Job Description:

  • Exposed to an array of day to day challenges of a professional in the ever changing landscape of the property development industry, the Sales Executives are the company's front liners, personifying the "Rockwell brand" wherever they go. Qualifications:

  • Graduates of any four year course are highly encouraged to apply (preferably business course)
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills (very pleasing personality)
  • Sales experience is an advantage
  • Licensed broker is an advantage

Financial Analyst

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs specific tasks related to rate development, including identifying cost centers and their related expenses, and calculating recovery rates (e.g., recharge, indirect cost); prepares related reports.
  • Provides technical assistance in the design of cost accounting or reporting systems and related forms and documents.
  • Assists with the provision of advisory services to departments with respect to updating billing rates and interpreting cost accounting data; recommends alternative solutions to cost accounting problems.
  • Performs specialized financial or cost analyses (e.g., cash-flow analysis, "what-if" analysis); prepares related reports (e.g., pro-forma financial statements).
  • Assists in reviews of financial and internal controls to determine whether such controls are adequate to meet management objectives and ensure the safeguarding of assets; recommends and implements security and system control procedures.
  • Interviews employees at all levels to analyze policies, work procedures and operational methods.
  • Performs specific tasks related to reviews of management practices and policies; recommends changes to enhance operating efficiencies.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
  • CPA is required.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of cost and financial accounting principles, practices and procedures.

IT –Systems Administrator

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • System Administrators are responsible for maintaining the computer systems of a company. Server management is a primary responsibility, and a System Administrator would be responsible for installing, maintaining and upgrading servers.
  • They are also responsible for ensuring the servers are backed up, and that the server data is secure from unauthorized access.
  • System administrators will also often perform light programming (usually scripting, which involves writing programs to automate tasks).
  • 2-3 years experience in networks and systems administration Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Equivalent

Structural Coordinator

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The structural engineer has the prime responsibility to calculate the maximum load that a structure can support.
  • It is also needed to evaluate the safe limit of stress it can withstand is an important job for the structural engineer.
  • He or she has to determine the structure that if it can perform the function required of it.
  • He or she needs to ensure the safely which is the prime objective of the structural engineer to prevent any mishaps later.
  • The engineer needs to estimate the cost as well for keeping the construction cost within budget with optimum utilization of the material available and it is a very challenging job and task to perform.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Has at least 2 years experience with high-rise construction or development

Technical Skills:

  • Good written, communication and interpersonal skills

Mechanical Inspector

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reads and interprets materials, such as work orders, inspection manuals, and blueprints, to determine inspection and test procedures.
  • Analyzes and interprets sample data.
  • Installs and positions new or replacement parts, components, and instruments.
  • Estimates and records operational data.
  • Completes necessary procedures to satisfy licensing requirements, and indicates concurrence with acceptance or rejection decisions.
  • Confers with vendors and others regarding inspection results, recommends corrective procedures, and compiles reports of results, recommendations, and needed repairs.

Architectural Inspector

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret plans, blueprints, site layouts, specifications, or construction methods to ensure compliance to legal requirements and safety regulations.
  • Inspect bridges, dams, highways, buildings, wiring, plumbing, electrical circuits, sewers, heating systems, or foundations during and after construction for structural quality, general safety, or conformance to specifications and codes.
  • Measure dimensions and verify level, alignment, or elevation of structures or fixtures to ensure compliance to building plans and codes.
  • Inspect and monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, or specifications.
  • Train, direct, or supervise other construction inspectors.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create drawings and specifications based on equations, calculations and written instructions provided by designers and engineers.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect is preferred but is not required.

Building Engineer

Job Description:

  • In charge of the operation and maintenance of all building facilities/equipment. Plan and schedule properly the daily work schedule and see to it that repairs and maintenance are done on time. Ensure the maintenance program and operation schedules are carried out efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Graduate with at least one year work experience
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills

Administrative Assistant

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Will be assisting the marketing team/design and planning team in the processing of payments
  • Answering of phone inquiries
  • Filing of contracts
  • Organization of records
  • Scheduling meetings and assisting miscellaneous activities for marketing initiatives

HR Training & Organizational Development Manager

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues)
  • Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development
  • Monitor measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales Manage and develop direct reporting staff.
  • Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
  • Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
