Job Description:
- The job involves meeting clients from various industries to introduce our warranty products.
- Creating customized presentations depending on customer type (i.e. automotive, financial institution, retail store, brown & white goods)
- Completing proposals and questionnaires from Customers
- Identifying and closing new opportunities
- Negotiating contract rates
Skills and Qualifications:
- Female, must be graduate of any 4-years College course
- Minimum of 5 years field sales experience required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Solution selling experience / Negotiations
- Ability to deliver a successful presentation to big/small groups
- IT literate. Can create presentation materials
Sales Manager
Job Description:
- The job will involve training, directing and supervising sales staff. Ensures that Sales Team meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes. Reviewing market analyses to determine the customer needs, sales volume potential and pricing schedules that will meet company's goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales Management
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements of the customer market (auto / electronics / bank & financial institutions)
- Proven leadership and ability to train and drive sales teams
- Has ample solution selling experience / Negotiations
- Willing to travel nationwide for customer meetings.

Office Manager, Cebu
Job Description:
- Responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- An office manager is also expected to visit at least 2 (old customers) and 4 (new customers) to keep AWSP's Customer Portfolio active & continuously growing. Upon customer visits, she is expected to introduce our new products and services through a presentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Female, 5 years of experience in managerial position (in any of the following industries: dealership, retail store, country club/ shares, private banking, insurance, auto industry)
- Should have a keen knowledge of the businesses in Metro Cebu
- Good networking skills
- Must possess good multitasking skills
