Instructional Designer (for Instructional System Technology Fresh Graduates)

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development of Technology Based training (TBT) and instructor-led training (ILT) packages with guidance from senior staff
  • Develops expertise in instructional design process methodology which includes: analysis of the audience, job tasks the development of curriculum maps, storyboards, flowcharts, performance objectives, testing strategies, and learning activities
  • Develops skill in thinking end-to-end when producing content and assessments
  • Assists in the delivery of occasional instructor-led training programs and Train-the-trainer on curriculum developed if appropriate
  • Primarily focused on writing the course content
  • Develops professional expertise while learning the key aspects of the job
  • Applies company processes to resolve a variety of routine issues.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Fresh graduates of Instructional System Technology are welcome to apply.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in TAGUIG.
  • MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN A GRAVEYARD SHIFT.
  • 3 Full-Time positions available.

Gaming Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Design logical frameworks built in Action script (2.0 or 3.0) or XML
  • Create SCORM1.2/SCORM2004 AICC complaint learning objects
  • Develop and integrate the learning resource GUI
  • Assessment/Quiz creation and reporting structure
  • Developing/Coding content sequencing and navigation
  • Courseware integration with Learning Management System

Requirements:

  • Experience in development of Rich Media applications, flash, games
  • Experience in development of widget using Adobe Air and Flex
  • Sound knowledge of Action Script 3.0, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, XHTML.
  • Experience with game UI design
  • Understanding of interactive design fundamentals and game/Interactive Media UI design
  • Any Graduate/Specialization

Action Scripter

Responsibilities:

  • Design logical frameworks built in Action script (2.0 or 3.0) or XML
  • Create SCORM1.2/SCORM2004 AICC complaint learning objects
  • Develop and integrate the learning resource GUI
  • Assessment/Quiz creation and reporting structure

  • Strong knowledge of XML, Java, HTML, HTML5 CSS programming

  • Knowledge of bandwidth restrictions and file-size optimization
  • Knowledge of Podcast and Mobile e-learning technology

Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and Editing Audio
  • Processing and Editing Video
  • Audio /Video mixing and authoring
  • Background music editing
  • Audio/Video recording
  • Guiding Audio/Video artiste during recording

Requirements:

    Expertise in
  • Audio recording and editing software i.e. Wavepad, audacity. Adobe Audition etc
  • Video editing software i.e. Adobe after effects or Premier
  • Should be comfortable working with Windows based platform

Flash Programmer

Responsibilities:

  • Design logical frameworks built in Action script (2.0 or 3.0) or XML
  • Create SCORM1.2/SCORM2004 AICC complaint learning objects
  • Develop and integrate the learning resource GUI
  • Assessment/Quiz creation and reporting structure
  • Developing/Coding content sequencing and navigation
  • Courseware integration with Learning Management System

Requirements

Storyboarder

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting developers to prepare scripts, visualize the various scenes in the animation
  • Storyboarding and visualize various scenes in animation & check length of scripts
  • Developing storyboards and works with SME.
  • Visualizing Animations to support the content
  • Assists project team with media design and production.
  • Quality Assurance Testing

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Ms Word, Powerpoint, storyboarding software (ToonBoon)
  • Expertise in Visualization and Designing of elearning storyboard and course outline
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required
  • Experience on a storyboard software would be an added advantage
  • Good sketching skills (Optional)
  • Any Graduate or Diploma/Degree in Fine Arts
