Vacancy: Project Development Officer

Qualifications:

• A graduate of finance or management-related course (i.e. Business Administration, Accountancy, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.), with strong background in marketing and finance                                     
• MBA education would be a plus, but is not required
• At least 2 years experience in project/ business development or project/ brand management
• Adequate knowledge of the real estate industry would be a plus but is not required
• Excellent organizing and analytical skills (project planning and time management)
• Strong business financials and marketing skills
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Self-starter, resourceful and a team player

Qualifications:

• College graduate; preferably of finance and/or business-related courses (i.e. management engineering, industrial engineering, business administration and accountancy)

Vacancy: Marketing Officer

Qualifications:

• At least a bachelor's/college degree in Marketing, Advertising Management, Communication Arts or any related communications course
• With at least 2-3 years work experience in related fields
• MBA degree is an advantage, but not required
• Knows how to prepare marketing plans, budgets, timetables and propose appropriate strategies for the project
• Familiar with the advertising process (from concept development to implementation) and terminologies
• Has adequate experience in collateral & video production, PR & event management
