Reinhard Mohn Fellowship welcomes applications
The Reinhard Mohn Fellowship is accepting applications for a 12-month fellowship program in the Bertelsmann Group in Germany until June 1.
Established by the Bertelsmann AG executive board, the fellowship pays tribute to the achievements of entrepreneur and philanthropist Richard Mohn and is intended for people who have initiated, led, or impelled innovative projects—leaders and entrepreneurial talents in business, the public and non-profit sectors, science, culture, sports, or social services.
Fellows are given the opportunity to obtain valuable knowledge and expertise and build up extensive networks through selective training and a wide range of project work in a variety of divisions and at different locations within the company’s global media. They are also expected to become familiar with a philosophy of leadership that will serve both as an example and as motivation.
For more information, send an e-mail to Dr. Anette Bickmeyer, program director, at Infor@reinhard-mohn-fellowship.de, or contact the Office of the Vice President for Academics and Research at local numbers 108 and 109.
Six months have already passed.
Poor children continue to dream of quality education that their parents cannot afford.
But we can give them hope.
You still CAN make a difference. Your spare change can provide a Filipino child with a good foundation in early childhood education. Proceeds from this can will be used to provide books for the less privileged children of the Nursery School in Leveriza, Malate. Fill the cans and return them to DLSU-M Accounting Office.
