Special Lecture. Participatory Governance by guest speaker Jesse Robredo, Ramon Magsaysay Awardee 2000 for Government Service. 10 a.m to 12 noon. M. Gaerlan Conservatory. The talk is part of the Diamond Jubilee University Lecture Series from November 2000 to November 2001 with the theme: Filipino Spiritual Culture and Globalization. Sponsored by the Carmelites of St. Therese with the cooperation of colleges and universities in Metro Manila.

Lecture. John Baptist de La Salle on the Dignity of the Christian Educator by Brother Gregory Wright, FSC, Ph.D., Visiting Professor of History, holder of the DLSU Chair in Lasallian Studies. 1 pm. AESR. Sponsored by the History Department.
